2019 AGM Update

We are looking forward to see you all this weekend. A couple of upcoming deadlines to remind you of:

  • All Committee of Management applications (including nominee’s CV, references and short bio) need to be submitted by COB Wednesday this week (13 November)
  • All proxy forms need to be submitted by COB Wednesday this week (13 November)

The 2019 AGM booklet has now been uploaded to the website. You can find this here.

You will be able to collect your hard copy at the AGM, however if you are not attending please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and you will be mailed a copy after the AGM.

Please note that the 2018 AGM minutes will not be read at the beginning of the meeting, so please have any amendments pre-prepared or emailed to the above address in advance.

2019 Education Grant Update

Education Grants for 2020 have now closed. Thank you to all our whānau who have applied this year. The Committee of Management are working through all the grants received and you can expect to receive your confirmation in the next few weeks.

Grants for 2021 will open at the end of this year.

2018 AGM Update

The 2018 AGM mail-out has gone out to all shareholders this week. This includes Committee of Management Nomination, Proxy Appointment and Travel & Kaumatua Grant forms. These forms are also available on the website under the Shareholder - Meetings and Annual General & Special - 2018 section.

There are three Committee of Management Member vacancies available. Anita Evans and Bryan Te Huki vacate their positions by rotation, and are not putting themselves forward for re-election this year. There is a third position available by resignation.

Committee of Management nominations and proxy forms are due back to the Registered Office – via post or email, by COB Wednesday 14 November 2018.

The AGM booklet will be available for collection at the AGM, and copies can be posted out to shareholders that cannot attend. An electronic copy is also now available on the website. The 2018 audited financial statements have been authorised and are available on request.
